Reservations

Two night minimum stay.
One night stay is sometimes possible during the week – please call.

Please note, a deposit assures you that your accommodation will be available as confirmed. When situations arise necessitating cancellation within the stated time limit, while we do sympathize (and do our best to re-book), our policy is as follows:

Reservations of 2-3 nights:
A deposit of one night ( plus GST ) is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit, less $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation or change of your reservation less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit unless we are able to re-book another guest for the exact nights of your booking.

Reservations of 3 or more nights:
A deposit of 50% of total charges (plus GST) is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit, less $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation or change of your reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit unless we are able to re-book another guest for the exact nights of your booking.

Guidelines

  • Check in is anytime after 3PM
  • Check out at 11 am
  • Children over the age of seven welcome
  • No Smoking.

Cancellations

  • 2 nights minimum stay
  • Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund plus service fees back.
